  • last month I needed to cancel my cell phone with you due to text problems with VZW FREE each month as a result I have a refund of $223.70 – Reference #PH1172963 – Verizon gave me and said an amount would be credited back to my Master Card by the end of the month. Since I have spent days on the phone going from 1 voice mail to the other. I have always had a great service over many past years with your prepaid card – obviously, customer service does not exist. My time is worth money because I’m 78 & on a fixed income!No one has any answers because when I call they keep telling me my # punched in does not exist.   • I can't get FIOS in my locality. All on-line documentation is for Fios ONLY. I have been trying to get a fix for what I would consider a simple problem since 5/10/16. So far my only contacts have been in another country & they have been unable to relate to my problems. I've come to the point where I am going to drop Verizon. Yesterday I spent 1-1/2 hours trying to simply delete & re-add 2-3 files & they couldn't help.   • Has to be worst company I have ever delt with. Tried phone in January & had poor signal and returned phones within time allowed. Since then 1st bill came saying we owed 225.76. March I negotiated to pay $52.54 for short time we had 2 phones. Next bill arrives for $769.87 for full price of 2 year service. Got with Walmart and phoned company when they promised to look after. April received attorney letter saying pay up. Got with Walmart again phone calls for the fifth time talking to managers and assured it would be taken care of.   • At your new Silverdale location, a young lady that I assume goes by the name Princess is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I am the general manager at the restaurant next door. She sends your customers over to our restaurant to use our bathroom. She parks her car in the first spot in front of our restaurant (customer parking). Recently when a young boy pulled the fire alarm in our restaurant. I had to go to the fire alarm room next to the Verizon store to silence it. "Princess" was standing out front and asked what was going on. When I explained the situation, the only thing she could say (and kept saying) was that the child's parents should be fined. Seriously, is this any of her business? She knew nothing of the reason why, the age of the child, only that she had an opportunity to interject her opinion.   • Had a damaged phone repaired with a new back/ screen after it was dropped. The phone stopped working 6 weeks later. Verizon sent me a new phone and I sent thenonworking phone back. They claimed it was not their phone as the serial # on the back was different. They have charged me $549.00 and refused to send me my old phone back. I get nowhere with customer service !   • First of all.....it's not just Verizon! Customer service has declined over the years. Secondly....for those of you who keep saying that you can't get a "live" person....call 1-800-837-4966 and select either the tech support or sales options and someone will get on the phone with you. Third....learn how to spell and speak like civilized human beings! You just make an ass of yourself when you type ignorant gibberish on here and then you leave your real name!!! Not the sharpest crayons in the box!!! Finally.....Does Verizon need to work on their customer service? HELL YES THEY DO!!!!! Do they need to keep their promises, stop changing our plans, and stop changing the rules? Hell Yes They Do!!!!! Every other customer service oriented business out there needs to do the same things as well!!! The guy I talked to today did a good job answering my questions.   • when my brand new samsung s7 edge gave me trouble, monday called tech support and glady said she'd email me a 4 digi code to open my locked up phone; rec'd only a link to verizon web site; tuesday an hour on phone again was told he cant help & take it to a verizon store; wednesday @ verizon heath, ohio 'bobby' the 'resolution specilist spent 40 minutes w me, on my feet (i'm 130% disabled 2 military service) he changed something on phone. telephoned unknown party, then handed back my disabled phone advising "we dont service the phones, we just sell them ... you (me) will have to call samsung ,,, asked for but got no number to ''call samsung'' " in utter disbelief i went to y another verizon store in johnstown, ohio on thursday, the nice lady there, assisted by a samsung representative advised the verizon store in heath should have replaced my phone! just got off phone, w help of my wife. called verizon tech support on saturday, tariq said he would send out a replacement phone and it would arrive by august 30 ... all told this experience, overall,is the closest ive come to ever looking for another cell phone service provider!!!!! john gamertsfelder 08/27/2016

  • Verizon's voice mail service should be outlawed by the Geneva convention. It's non existent and causes elevated blood pressure.   • well I was approach in walmark to get services, I thought at the time it sound good to bundle my phone service and save hundred dollar a month. well my first bill was high and not every room in my house received the same set up, which I wasn't told that would take place. I also wasn't told that I was in a contract, because I called to cancel just my cable services and was told I maybe charged a termination fee, now I was told that i'll be locked in to my phone services for two year , So that off set the termination fee.   • Billing error and when I call Verizon Wireless terminates the call. This has happens seven times. I have yet to speak to a person and I am boiling mad at your service and your company. I would like to speak to someone in authority to resolve a billing error that took me many hours to resolve on my June billing and now the same error was made on my July billing.   • Your system of trying to reach a live representative on the phone is the worst, and says a lot about your none concern for the customers. Your calling in and speaking to an automated system and your computer link system is the worst form of trying to improve service with the customers that can possible be used in creating a good work able relationship. The one thing that all big companies forget is that no matter how technical they become that there are times when the old ways still work better. Big business now only concerns it self with just one thing, an that is how much money it can make and they prove that everyday with the way they do business. It is for that reason I can not rate you with even one star. I'm sure that there are ways to secure the information you have on file about customers and about your business so that others can't infiltrate them, but to make it so impossible for customers use is ridiculous. They deserve 5 stars, but I dropped a star because I'm still upset that Verizon screwed it up in the first place and have cost me many hours of frustration....ALSO frustrated because they make it very hard to find a phone number, and they try to keep you from talking to anyone even after you get the right number!   • I have been calling for tech support for my high speed internet since last Friday. I received a new modem, didn't solve the problem. Called again on Monday, was told to buy new wire, new splitter and a new filter. We did that, still no internet. Called today, they sent a tech to our home. He had to call a man in New Jersey and ask him to bump our speed back up to what it's supposed to be, for what we pay for. Why would Verizon deliberately dial it back???? It's disgusting!   • The problem is trying to get through to a 'live person'. The live people are great if one can talk with a live person. You must do something about the 'answering zombie'. Your automated zombie should be dismissed for being near unusable. (Why do zombies bear the brunt of a customer's complaints?) Feen the zombies - they crave human brains to increase their capacity to learn. They are very nice as long as you feed them. Also get an IT team together that can program usable code.   • You guys are so messed up, you make it as hard as you possibly can to actually speak with "valuable" customers; I've tried 4 "different" customer service numbers, including a local Verizon store, to no avail. It's excessive and confusing and should be much easier to speak with a person because most questions can't be answered by an FAQ or a robot and it's unfair to those who pay more than other services for less data when you're also the hardest service to get a hold of, and I've gone through 4 past services. Never have I experienced more frustration with a carrier and felt like they really didn't want to help. I won't be coming back and I'll be talking others out of switching to Verizon. Even if it is not in use, --we had canceled, they believe they have the right to continue charging $20/month as if they deserve money for no service?? This is a BBB situation to notify they bill for services not rendered, then add insurance as well as data rates we did not need. We cancelled the web device, and WE have to deactivate it monthly or they will continue to charge us??? NOT happening. This will be removed or we will call the about your practices. BE very careful about trusting Verizon, and their workers. Definitely dishonest customer service reps who outright lie about costs and future charges. Buyer beware is the best motto. First rep. promised to call back in an hour; that was a lie. Every rep told me something different. I finally cancelled the order--I thought--but that rep didn't cancel it. Tech came to my house but insisted only the phone was ordered, not internet. He spent a couple of hours on call with the Philippines & finally thought he had added the DSL & could go ahead. Two hrs later he reported that he'd spent all that time arguing w/a Verizon rep who insisted I couldn't get DSL at my address--even tho' both Verizon web site & tech sites say Verizon DSL is available here, and EVEN THO' THE TECH KNEW he could install it here. I said cancel the order. Few days later another rep left a msg, said if I didn't call back the order would be cancelled. Good! I thought. But it STILL wasn't cancelled. Next-to-last rep in the Philippines dropped me after I had gone through the robo-voice & explained everything to the rep. The LAST rep (in the Philippines) claims to have really cancelled the order.   • SO aggravated, have been a customer of Verizon for many many years. When they started the unlimited plan, I asked that I be put on that plan. Was told they would not honor my work discount . In the meantime ATT let me know they could get me unlimited out the door for #135.20 and they would give me 650 to pay off my phone. Since Ive been a long time customer I reached back out to Verizon, the young lady I spoke to once she found out about what ATT told me , she said she could tell me about a "surprise" Verizon would be rolling out so that I could use my Employee discount . HMM. She said it would be 125.00 out the door plus my phone payment , I am ok with that , as it is cheaper than what Im paying now for 10GB.. Billing for this plan was suppose to go in effect in March. Low and behold I chatted again on Monday to confirm it was going into effect and was told no they couldn't do it. Needless to say IM on the phone now with a supposedly Supervisor, telling me he wants to give me a discounted price for a couple of months . WTH ? The technician that we talked to on Friday told us that a service tech would be at our house between 1 and 3 on monday. We called after 4 to find out that the technician was never scheduled, and the complaint that generated the service call was never logged into the computer!!! Two more days of waiting for service.   • I am trying to get copies of my Verizon bill from 1/16, 2/16, & 3/16, before my area started being serviced by Frontier. Frontier doesn't have access to those records. Every time I attempt to call Verizon I don't get the option to speak to a human. I just get a recording that tells me to contact Frontier & then I'm disconnected. How can I speak with someone about this??? If the system detects that you are not in a Verizon area it won't connect you to customer service, you just get pushed off to Frontier. It took me forever to find out how to contact Fio's customer service because I didn't have my account number available to use your automated payment system. When I finally reached a live person I had to pay a fee in addition to the payment to do it over the telephone.   • The customer service rep was helpful. Very direct. But I still believe that Verizon is ripping off customers. They stole my unlimited data years ago. I have been paying extra for several years for data. Each time I would go over, they sold me a new "data package".. I had a wireless router, that did not work in Woodbury Tennessee. Went through 4 to 5 Routers. Did I get relief on my bill.. Hell no. Just sent me a new router, and said try it. Mean while my internet was down. They over price the phones, and call it a free upgrade. Before you know it you are paying twice as much for a phone then it is worth. The phones might be smarter, but the service isn't any better. The updates cost you data. Why can't they get a phone that works right the first time. My rating is for Verizon as a Company.. Not the service rep. I talked to. I have been a customer for many years.   • Verizon must have an IQ of 1 or less considering the lack of knowledge and competency of their technical and customer service representatives. They don't know how to transfer calls to the correct area or they drop the call totally. They even provide the incorrect phone numbers to call the desired department directly. Technical support sends out the incorrect parts when ordered. The incorrect part that was received was supposed to contain a pre-paid UPS return shipping label for the return of the old part, but there was no return label in the package. So what do I do? An even greater sign of Verizon's stupidity is that on the Verizon website, the Survey to Rate Verizon Customer Service misspells the word "rating" as "ratting". That is so inexcusable for a communication company! Please get your act together and stop wasting your customers time so needlessly and insulting our intelligence !!! Richard J. Gage 03/24/2017
  • I had a service call on 3/23/2017 to repair my Verizon service; I had no service. The repairman, I think his name was Al, was truly outstanding. He was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing to restore the service, which he, of course, accomplished. The recording wouldn't even connect me with CS without the PIN number for the account. Our Friends & Family account is in my sister's name & I don't have the PIN. SO the automated system sent me a new temp PIN for the account, in effect changing the account PIN without the account holder's permission. AND still the rep was locked out of the account until she could contact my sister to verify that I'm really on the account, get her PIN number straightened out, and all because all I wanted to do was discuss a PW problem !!! I should be able to contact CS at any time about a problem without having to input specific account information and/or change the security information for the account!   • Horrible! Getting through to a real person is difficult. I had to make 11 calls from October '16 thru April '17 to get my issues partially resolved. Every time I called about a credit they owed me I got a different response, no follow up and no refund. Then got calls from their collection agency due to an error on their part. Finally, the credited me with what they said I owed on a final bill but still lost the additional $100 I should have received. Found out that a lot of the info you discuss with them over the phone does not get entered into their computer system. Ponderous and a very poor system. He started listing why we need to change services based your commercials. You truly need to fire your marketing approval team.   • ON 5/9/2017 I went into Crossville TN Verizon store to get a phone switched over that I had recieved as a replacement phone. I was waited on by a customer service guy and was told he could change my account over to Unlimited data and save me lots of money on my monthly bill. I am now thanks to him paying $50.00 more per month. I also told he would give me FREE a Ellipsis Jetpack which was $29.99 that would charge to my account and then be credited back. He also never mentioned that would entail a $20 a month service fee. After I looked a my bill a saw the jetpack was never credited back I returned it back to Crossville , TN Verizon store and had to pay restocking fee to return the item that was supposed to have been no charge.   • I called customer service because I have very erratic internet speeds. I explained the situation to the person I was speaking to (who I had no issue with honestly) and they had me run a speed test. At that particular moment it ran high and showed download speed around 40 mbps. The whole issue that I had explained though was that the speed was highly erratic and would often dip down below 1 mbps, which is unacceptably low. Since the speed at the time of the call ran high, the rep told me that I just needed more bandwidth. It seemed extremely condescending because he assumed that I am a tech moron and was an easy up sell. I was open to the idea of upping my bandwidth, however the issue that I initially called about was never addressed. Then I get put on the phone with someone in India who I could hardly understand due to the accent and the call quality being poor, who was basically trying to get me to buy a plan that would raise my monthly bill from $50 to $140. I pointed out that the verizon site showed that plan as being $69.99 and obviously that was an introductory rate for people new to verizon. He then backed down to something that would only double my bill. So effectively I called with an internet issue and was redirected to someone trying to squeeze more money out of me by selling me something that would cost me far more per month, but would almost certainly have the same issues that I am currently having, which would render the massive jump in bandwidth useless. I was also told that I really use a lot of bandwidth, which makes me wonder if verizon may be dropping my download speed intentionally. Overall I am quite displeased with this occurrence because I have not had any real issues with them before. I would love to hear back from someone but I doubt that will happen either.   • I never write reviews. Especially negative ones. But thought I should share this little story with everyone before I file a complaint with the better business bureau. About 2 months ago, my Grandson, who is also one my account. He was having a problem with his newer iPhone. So I foolishly suggested that he go by the Verizon store and see if they had a solution for his problem. My first mistake! They associate's suggested that the phone be returned. Because he said it was a warranty problem. So they called me from the store and had to have my verbal permission to do this. That was my second mistake! So I stupidly agreed to this. They sent him a new phone. Which was just fine. And in the same box I was to return his old phone. Which I did. Then my problem started. They sent me an email., saying that they had received the old phone. And I thought everything was just fine. Then like to weeks later they sent me a email saying that the find my iPhone app needed to be turned off. Which I had my Grandson do. I use Samsung devices, so had no idea how to do this. Then like a week later. Verizon posted my new bill. Which was $374.00 higher! Thinking that it was some sort of mistake. I started researching the problem. And was immediately informed that the phone that we returned was not under warranty for the problem it was returned for. Still don't know what the problem was. All I know is that when the phone reached 30% battery, it would shut down. He could restart it. But the a few minutes later, it would repeat this process. Then I was told they couldn't return the old phone. I thought that if I got it back. I could have it repaired and keep it for a spare or something. But was told that it had been destroyed. Which I find a little hard to believe. So what I feel like is.... I have been a victim of a classic bait and switch. A crime that I thought Verizon wouldn't be capable of. This is my third mistake. I feel like a complete idiot that I fell for such inscrutable business tactics. But if this is the type of business they want to participate in. I wish them luck. But they just lost a customer. Which I'm sure they are not worried about. Neither am I. But just wanted to share. You can't trust anyone. If it was possible to rate this company in the negative end of the scale. They would be a negative 5. Thanks for taking time to read this. Just remember. Buyer be ware!!! If I can save one person from facing the same fate. Then it was worth sharing my story.   • Customer support is HORRIBLE. I have to call in every few days because I am locked out of my account, and each and every time the rep assures me everything is taken care of after a 30+ minute phone call. I am temporarily able to log in, and then the next time I attempt I am STILL locked out. Nothing the various reps do will work, and I am stuck in a loop of constantly calling in and trying the same useless methods. No one in Support can provide any results. On one of the rare occasions I was able to log in, for some reason unbeknownst to me or the Verizon reps, I was unable to administer apps across the work devices that I manage. So the rep said she would be able to do it on her end, and sent me an email requesting the apps I wanted added/blocked. Ever since I replied to that email, she has NEVER responded to any of my follow ups, which were politely asking for and update and whether or not she thought she would be successful. Since she works in the Verizon tech support department, I should not have expected any actionable result, and shouldn't have wasted my time emailing her multiple times.   • It's been several years since I've needed to contact Verizon customer service and I'd forgotten that Verizon is a communications company that is unable to communicate decently with its customers or among its various departments. In short, it has the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. I wanted simply to make a complaint/suggestion at the Verizon website and there is absolutely no mechanism for doing that easily. My choices were "Chat" (which wasn't working) or "Forums," neither of which was appropriate for the simple message I wanted to make. Searching online for a means to send a message provided me with a telephone number for issues having to do with wireless, but the account in question was for a landline. This is insane. How such a big company as Verizon and a company that deals in communication can have such horrendous customer service is beyond me. I called every day and every day got a different run around. Promises it would be fixed, promises I would get calls back, assurances that there were technicians working on the issue. The product I have is the Smarthub which I have not owned for even a month yet and am already having to have it replaced. I was told by the supervisor he would be sending me his personal contact info to call him to have the new one set up. Which not surprising that this did not happen. So I reached out to chat and Jess helped as much as possible. Only to be defeated by the constant reconnection that was going on during the chat that eventually disconnected completely and I was not able to finish the set up on the Smarthub. So I will have to spend several more hours tomorrow trying to troubleshoot this mess of a situation with this product. If it is not successful I will be returning this product for a full refund after this ridiculous debacle. I have lost so much time and money having to spend dealing with this which has interfered greatly with my work I do out of my home. This is all past acceptable. I was also told by that supervisor that I would not be charged for this months services for anything with the Smarthub. Guess what got my bill and there's still charges! Would like a follow up as soon as possible to figure out what your company will do to correct this awful experience that I am going through. It's been 6 days and still continuing.   • I added a line of service for a friend and we had a falling out. After many documented attempts to have this person transfer the service in their name, they never did. Anyhow, my only resort was to have the line disconnected which left me with a nearly 600.00 balance on the phone the person had plus the actual bill. I set up a payment plan with them and within a month I made 700.00 in payments (300 the day i called in to set up the payment plan followed by 200 two weeks later and the last 200 two weeks after that). Just 5 days later, I get a fucking call from Verizon alerting me that my balance was past due, threatening me with placing my account in collections and interrupting my service. While realize that I got myself in the situation that I was in, they could've at least had a bit more compassion, respected the fact that I had just given them a lot of money, and that I was clearly taking the steps to keep my account in good standing.   • I had better customer service today ONCE I navigated my way through the automated system. A PIN, rather than a password is required for the automated system. IF you don't know your PIN, you're basically screwed. Your Verison password should be accepted. Who needs a PIN on any account? This is not Fort Knox. Verizon continually makes things more difficult than they should be. Lately, the online and phone customer service has been more easily navigable, but I have been with Verizon for 12 years and the customer service has been the WORST. Customers service should be readily accessible. That's why it's called "Costumer Service." I'm currently waiting on hold to speak to customer care after I've been redirected and not helped for over an hour and a half today and several hours altogether since switching from T-Mobile in May. You have convinced me that switching was a mistake and I will return to T-Mobile as quickly as I receive all the rebates promised to me since May (it is now September). Wilson, a supervisor I talked to today in the rebate department, was particularly unhelpful.   • I think your process of changing from postpaid to prepaid is unnecessarily difficult on purpose. I understand that you would like to keep Customers on postpaid accounts as they are more expensive and locks people into plans for extended periods of time. However to not have the option to change between the two online is absurd. Your reps say they will write down notes, however whenever those notes are looked into the only comments made are those CONVENIENTLY in favor of Verizon.   • I had a problem with my bill back in August and spoke with a very helpful representative who explained what happened and advised that although my Sept. bill would still be higher than normal; that a credit would be applied one the following's month's bill (Oct). No credit was applied and when I called today to go over my bill the representative was incredibly rude, speaking over me, not addressing my concern and then said "well I don't know what was said by the last rep bcs I was not there was I"? even though I had explained what he told me, the date we spoke, etc. I then said she could then ask a manger to pull the call if she doesn't want to let me explain and she stated that she works in a "call center and they cannot pull calls" which is untrue, when I told her I knew this to be untrue she said that they can only pull a call if I write a letter. At this point I asked for a manager and she 20 minute hold until a manager came on the line. This manager did not sound professional, did not address my concern outright but repeatedly offered to go over my bill to "help me understand", and made no apologize or acknowledgment when I explained how rude the rep I spoke with was. I told her I simply what honored what was said to me, that I was very frustrated at this point and that all I want is the credit applied that I was told would be. Once this was completed I asked if I would be directed to a survey, again bcs of how rude the last rep was, and she seemed confused and then uncertainly said "well I don't know why you wouldn't get one..was my service good?" After I had advised that the survey was in regard to the terrible service received before her. Honestly the call tonight was the most unprofessional call I have ever had with a company and I am sure this was another rep I spoke with rather than an actual manager.   • I was vising a Verizon store yesterday and was absolutely shocked to find out that employees cannot buy the latest phone until customers get them. What in the world!! I go into Verizon store to get their expertise on the phones I am wanting. How can I get their true advice or opinion if they don't have any first hand experience. What would make me want to go into the store and actually interact with the "experts" what a joke. There is no reason that the actual sales people should not get the new phones before customers they are trying to sell them after all! I am shocked and disappointed by this. Janelle 10/27/2017

  • We are disappointed in our interactions with Verizon so far. We were told that we were eligible for self install and opted for it and upon not receiving our box of supplies, we called to inquire. At which point, we were then told that we would still need a tech to come for installation. No one emailed us or called us to let us know, we only found out after calling in ourselves. We were not anticipating having to pay the $100 installation fee, which is quite a lot of money considering our house is already wired for fios. After spending valuable time on the phone with reps to figure this all out, we were hung up on twice during the process. On top of all this, the MyVerizon page will not load on any of my computers and while I can access it on my phone via the app, it shows my installation date to be incorrect. I have had to call back to confirm the correct installation date even though the app says otherwise. We were expecting the customer service at Verizon to be far superior to Comcast, part of the reason that we are switching, and so far, it feels worse. Rachael Monzack 10/27/2017

  • He's an amazingly competent and knowledgeable employee at the Verizon store #D36087 at Glades Rd. in Boca Raton, FL. He fixed my iPhone in 5 minutes flat today after I had been told during my appointment scheduled by Apple with an authorized Service Provider (Best Buy) just before my Verizon visit that the phone couldn't be fixed and that I'd need to pay $320 to buy a new one.   • I had a service issue that went on for a week with no solutions until I finally was able to schedule a tech to come to our house. The final customer service call was with a woman on October 18, 2017 at 5:31 PM Eastern time for 56 minutes. In that time she said the wait for the tech is unknown and to be able to get a tech out to our house to fix our problem (no internet, no wifi) I would have to sign a new contract. Going back and forth for the duration of the call, she finally understood that I did not want to upgrade at that time and forwarded me to the service desk to set up a service call with a tech. Once on the next call, I found out the tech would be at our house the next day to fix the problem. He was and he did, fix it. I didn't complain about the deceptive tactics that the first agent tried. I just let it go. But now I see I have a $14.00 for the upgrade that she put through. Please make sure that someone speak to her about this. Verizon may be losing a long-time customer over this behavior. We don't deserve to be treated this way and when I just chatted with someone "CarmelaAlyssa" about the charge, she too tried to get me to upgrade. Come on! Stop with the sales tactics and fix a person's problem without the shakedown! My bill went from $165.53 to $250.81. I realize this includes the service call of the tech (that I was not made aware of the cost) but gees! I'm really considering moving our accounts, including the wireless. Andrew was understanding, kind and quick to understand and address and resolve the issue.   • I feel sorry for all you other people who had such bad service.... because my customer service was GREAT!!! My agent, Antasia, (hope I spelled it right), was SO helpful that she definitely deserves a raise. I had static on the line of my land line, and she checked it for me and help set up an appointment to fix it TOMORROW... when she couldn't rectify it from the office. Can't thank her enough.   • I just wanted to turn voicemail notifications back on. That's all. Upon calling customer service, was instructed to install an app...Bad start. Installed the app, hit "connect" as instructed by the rep. The app connected my to a different person. I spent the next 10 minutes trying to figure out how to unconnect from that person, and connect to the rep I was talking to. Useless. Upon not being able to disconnect from the app rep, the rep on the phone tried to give instructions on how to do the simple task that I was unfortunately unable to figure out myself. When her instructions were not clear enough to do so I was instructed to download ANOTHER DIFFERENT APP!!!! Seriously??!!! This app gave her permission to see my screen, which helped me clarify her horrible descriptions of how to fix my problem. After installing 2 apps and 15 minutes of troubleshooting them both, I was finally able to access a phone menu and do a super simple task of turning on my notifications. Horrible system. If I had called a tech-savy friend this could have been accomplished in 20 seconds...instead it took 20 minutes, 2 apps, and 3 people. Blake Clayton 11/16/2017
  • I'm actually leaving feedback on Verizon's re-design of their phone bill. The large font is condescending and insulting. It looks rediculous, and I can't believe it was approved. Maybe you should hire some new designers, Verizon, instead of sending bills to your customers while insulting them with the max font size only needed for customers 110+ or 5 years old!!!!   • First week my phone worked just fine second week phone not working get one mile from job site and phone works. Went to Verizon store. They tell me the phone is a 3g phone but the box and all my directions that came with the phone indicates it is a 4g phone. Only resort I have now is to cancel my plans after almost 15 years of being with verizon. Not helpful to a long time customer and I do not understand why the phone does not work at the job site, but get one mile away and the phone works???? NO ONE AT VERIZON CAN HELP!
